Scenario-Based & AI Designs

Because my prior works are proprietary, this is a collection of scenario-based learning samples and AI-enhanced interactions created in Articulate Rise, showcasing how I design engaging, real-world learning experiences.

Interactive Scenarios with Choices that Matter

This Rise sample demonstrates how I design branching scenarios that go beyond “right vs. wrong” answers. Learners are introduced to a realistic situation with supporting visuals, then choose how to respond using interactive flip cards. Each choice triggers feedback with real consequences, reinforcing why certain actions are effective (or not).

For accessibility, I built an alternative version where learners engage with text-based interactions (flip card feedback uses images). While the text in these screenshots is a placeholder, the design mirrors how I approach compliance scenarios: creating meaningful choices, building in accountability, and accounting for accessibility issues.

In this sample, I demonstrate how AI-generated video can elevate scenario-based training by making it feel more realistic. Instead of static text, learners watch an AI avatar deliver a scripted response, complete with gestures and tone. They then evaluate the response against key criteria presented in an accordion block, encouraging critical thinking and deeper analysis.

The second screenshot demonstrates how learners compare their own judgments with model feedback, delivered through audio and text.

By pairing video realism with interactive components, this design shows how you can create immersive experiences in Rise without the longer development timelines that tools like Storyline often require.
